Good day! I'm writing to express my disappointment with the Ad-Free feature I purchased for your game. Despite the purchase, I'm still being shown ads, which is time-consuming and makes the Ad-Free feature useless. Additionally, FIX THE GAME! SERVER 3 IS NOT RECEIVING ANY EMAILS OF THE REWARDS IN EVENTS! YOU ARE STEALING OUR MONEY, MAKE AN ANNOUNCEMENT, DO SOME UPDATES AND FIX THE BUGS AND ISSUES! Why I can't open the game?! it's says 'Config init failed '?

been playing for a little bit and I know its new but can't access the chests I win for adventure mode and no other features are available besides hitting thr button to level up your power. no tutorial and doesn't show when certain features gets unlocked. otherwise seems like any other idle loot game. meh.

after playing for almost a month let's just say im upset at the least. rewards no longer get sent out in mail like needed. daily or weekly rankings dont matter if youre not able to get the rewards.. very disappointing. emailing devs or support is pointless. support email is invalid lol and dev email gets no responses. game is done avoid it... I refunded ever dime I spent already.. I hate I had to do that bc the game had lots of potential..
